Original Article (Mon 9th Nov, 2020 12:00 GMT): Developed and published by Fantastico Studio, Landflix Odyssey is an action-platformer that’ll transport you inside a variety of TV shows. And yes, it’s coming to Switch.
In the game, you’ll be taking on the role of Larry, a lazy binge-watcher who finds himself trapped inside Netfl– erm, Landflix after using a dodgy remote. To return home, Larry must recover all five batteries which have ended up inside the TV shows offered by the streaming service, setting off on a platforming adventure to do just that.
The five TV shows you’ll explore are inspired by real TV hits. Let’s see if you can guess what the following are based on:
In Landflix Odyssey there are 5 TV shows, playable worlds:
– Peculiar Stuff
– Elder Thrones
– Going Mad
– The Standing Zombie
The game’s launching on Steam next week, and while no console release dates have been provided just yet, we do know that it’s heading to Switch and all current and next-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles. We’re promised that it’s coming “soon”, so keep an eye out for a release on the eShop if you’re interested.
